At Astro Jivan, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the spiritual and personalized nature of our products, specific return and refund conditions apply.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged
  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product is defective upon arrival

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images/videos as proof.


2. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are non-returnable:

  • Energized products
  • Customized remedies
  • Rudraksha items after use
  • Gemstones used or worn
  • Opened spiritual products
  • Personalized astrology remedies
  • Yantras after installation/use

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds will only be approved after product verification by our team.

Approved refunds may take:

  • 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider/bank.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.


4. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged if:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect item delivered

Replacement processing time:

  • 5–7 working days after approval.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Customized or energized products cannot be cancelled after processing begins.
